Step 1: Create your Gravity Form

Before using this plugin, make sure of the following:

  • You have created a Gravity Form.

  • You have configured the email notifications within your form.

  • You have downloaded the plugin via the link from your email

Step 2: Add an attachment

Follow these steps to add an attachment to a form notification:

Go to the page “GF Email Attachment” in the WordPress admin menu.

  • Click on “Add new attachment”.

  • Select your form in the dropdown menu.

  • Choose the specific notification to which you want to link the file.

  • Upload your file.

  • Click on “Add attachment”.

Step 3: Manage attachments

In the section “Current attachments” you can:

  • View all your active attachments.

  • See which forms and notifications have linked attachments.

  • Remove attachments you no longer need.

Important notes

  • You can different attachments add to different notifications within the same form.

  • Make sure your attachments are not too large to send via email.

  • The attachment is automatically sent with every email notification that matches your selection.

Step 1: Download the plugin

Step 2: Install in WordPress

You install the plugin via the standard WordPress method:

  • Click on it and select the License (License).

  • Paste the license code from your email into the input field.

  • Click on Save changes (or Activate).

Congratulations! Your plugin is now fully activated. You can start linking attachments to your Gravity Forms notifications right away.
